From ‘0’ Find your one.
There is more than one way to live.
There is more than one way to taste coffee.
LABONE starts from zero.
From coffee to taste, from art to experience, we explore what’s possible beyond the expected. We stay curious, embrace different perspectives, and believe that there is no single way to enjoy coffee — or life.
0 is not an answer. It is a beginning.
A cup of coffee. A moment of pause.
A small part of life, made your own.

#NO.2 Pink bourbon
Finca Libre · Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua
1,570–1,690 masl
Pil Hoon Seu
An experimental farm. An expressive variety. A coffee with more than one side.
High in the mountains of Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, Pil Hoon Seu established Finca Libre as a space for experimentation — exploring new possibilities in coffee, one lot at a time.
This Pink Bourbon is a reflection of that philosophy.
It begins with an elegant floral character, opens into juicy stone fruit, and finishes with a lively note of citrus. Bright and delicate at once, its character continues to evolve as the cup cools.
A coffee that doesn’t reveal everything at once.
Floral · Stone Fruit · Citrus
Burundi · Peaberry
Some coffees speak in layers.
This one speaks in contrasts.
From Burundi comes this distinctive Peaberry, a single rounded seed formed inside the coffee cherry rather than the usual pair.
The cup begins with the delicate, dry character of black tea, softened by a layer of caramel sweetness. Then comes a burst of passion fruit, bringing a bright and tropical edge to the finish.
Tea-like yet juicy.
Sweet yet vibrant.
Familiar, but with an unexpected twist.
A coffee that slowly moves from quiet elegance to vivid expression.
Black Tea · Caramel · Passion Fruit
#NO.5 peaberry
#NO.6 gesha
Tanzania · Karatu · Gesha
1,650–1,800+ masl
A different expression of Gesha.
On the outer ridges of Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Caldera, at elevations reaching over 1,800 meters, a new expression of Gesha is beginning to emerge.
Grown in the Karatu District of the Arusha Region, these Tanzanian Gesha coffees come from historic seed stock connected to local research-station material with lineage shared by renowned Gesha varieties around the world.
But this is not simply a story about where Gesha came from.
It is about what Gesha can become somewhere new.
Lightly roasted and washed for clarity, this coffee opens with an elegant fragrance of jasmine, followed by the juicy brightness of cherry. As the cup cools, the fruit becomes softer and deeper, revealing the rounded sweetness of ripe plum.
Floral and luminous at first.
Juicy in the middle.
Soft and sweet at the finish.
A familiar variety, expressed through a different landscape.
Jasmine · Cherry · Plum
